Opportunity
Canary asked me to help generate buzz around their industry-first, 4k security camera.
Insight
Now that criminals are going to have their bad acts captured in 4k (instead of pixelated, grainy footage),
they’re going to need to up their fashion game from the traditional ski mask and hoodie to something better.
Idea
Crook Couture would be the first-ever fashion line designed exclusively for criminals to look good while doing bad.
We created high-end versions of tools and apparel for low life crooks, from leather loot bags to gold crowbars.
A runway show would be live-streamed direct from Riker’s Island, with real-life criminals showcasing Crook Couture to an audience of fashion’s most famous and influential designers.
And Jeremy Meeks, whose viral mugshot made him an overnight sensation, would be our spokesperson.
